  • Products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery in case of size issues or defects.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • No returns or exchanges on sale items or customized orders.

  • Shipping cost for exchange is borne by the customer unless the product is faulty.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable if the product is out of stock or defective and not replaceable.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days via bank transfer or original payment method.

4. Order Cancellation
