• Delivery timeline: 5–6 business days, depending on your location and our courier partner.
• We proudly serve over 380 cities across Pakistan.
• Enjoy free delivery on orders of 3 or more items. Orders with fewer than 3 items or split shipments will incur a delivery charge of Rs 199 per shipment.
• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed on the checkout page.
• Please note, our logistics partners do not operate on Sundays and National Holidays. Orders placed during these days will be processed and shipped the next working day.
• We make up to two delivery attempts. To ensure a smooth delivery, please provide a complete and accurate address including House No, Street, Area, and Nearest Landmark.
• For your security, only accept packages that bear the Virgo Clothing branding and refuse any that appear tampered with or opened.

Exchange

We want you to love every piece you order! If you’re not 100% satisfied, our easy exchange policy has you covered:

• Exchange items within 30 days of delivery at any Virgo Clothing outlet where the item was purchased or dispatched.
• Please bring your sales invoice slip along with the product.
• Items must be in their original packaging and in perfect condition — unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, and free from stains, odors, or missing tags/labels.
• Exchanges are not available for discounted or sale items.
• To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service via our website with details of the item and the reason for exchange.

Refund

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you wish to return your purchase, here’s what you need to know:

• Most new, unopened items are eligible for a return within 30 days of delivery.
• Refunds are issued in the form of store vouchers only — no cash refunds.
• Refunds apply if the product does not match its original description or if there has been a shipping delay due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
• Refunds are not applicable on items bought from factory outlets or discounted products.
• Refunds cannot be processed through retail stores; please initiate returns via customer service on our website.
